Coil Springs:
The range of Coil Springs supplied by Vipro was specifically
designed for use with vibrating equipment. These springs are
manufactured from the highest quality German steel. Some of
the benefits offered are low comparative cost and good isolation properties.
Rosta Suspension System:
Vipro is an official reseller in Sub-Sahara Africa of the full range of products based on the
Rosta Suspension System. ROSTA multi-purpose rubber suspension elements are designed for
ultimate versatility - to push, pull, or tension. These torsional elements combine the
function of a spring, damper and bearing in one unit. The combination of four special pre-tensioned
rubbers inserts, the core and the surrounding housing form an integral spring device - no additional
axial re-tension components are necessary.
Rubber Buffers:
In certain cases where other suspension systems are not suitable,
Vipro supply the vibrating equipment with Rubber buffers.
Some of the benefits associated with using Rubber buffers are the use in highly corrosive environments, ease of installation and relatively inexpensive.
Firestone Air Springs:
Vipro is the official agent and reseller for the Firestone range of air springs.
Included in the range are: Firestone Air stroke Actuator and Firestone Air mount Isolators.
Polyurethane Panels:
Vipro manufacture and supply the full range of polyurethane panels.
The most popular size supplied is 305 x 305 mm (1x1 ft) and 31 mm thick.
Other sizes are available and can be sourced on request.
Aperture sizes typically range from 0.2 - 100 mm for slotted and 0.8 - 232 mm
for square apertures. Other aperture designs available include:
Round; Oval; Solid and various supplier specific non blinding options.
Rubber Panels:
Vipro also manufacture and supply the full range of rubber panels.
These panels are available in the same sizes as the polyurethane panels are.
The more important benefits offered by rubber panels include:
Improved wear characteristics with associated benefits of reduce panel changes and stoppages,
reduction in production costs,
increase non blinding properties due to more lively nature of rubber compared to polyurethane and
improved de-watering capabilities.
Perforated Plates:
Perforated plate is used as screening medium in cases where polyurethane or rubber panels are not suitable.
A wide range of perforated aperture designs are available from Vipro upon request.
Wedge Wire:
As is the case with perforated plate, Wedge Wire is used as screening medium in cases where polyurethane
or rubber panels are not suitable. A wide range of Wedge Wire design ore available from Vipro upon request.
Woven Wire:
Woven Wire, more commonly known as Wire Mesh, is a very popular choice for screening medium.
The most important reasons for this being the very wide range of apertures available,
high wear resistance and the range of different mesh patterns available.
Wire mesh is available in various different metals including Stainless Steel.
Stainless steel wire mesh is the only screening medium used that comply with FDA
regulations related to use in food and pharmaceutical applications.
Specialized Rod Decks:
Rod decks are also used in certain primary screening applications where
higher levels of energy and acceleration are required.

Vipro is the exclusive agent and distributor in the Sub-Saharan
for the best of breed range of Venanzetti Vibrator motors
designed and manufactured in Italy by the largest vibrator motor
manufacturer in the world with production figures of around 300 000+ units
per year. We supply most motors within the range from our well
stocked warehouse in Pretoria, South Africa.
Electro-magnetic Drives:
Vipro is the Sub-Saharan agent and distributor for the complete FMC Syntron
range of Electro-magnetic products. Included in the range is the Light Duty Vibra Drive.
SyntronŽ Vibra Drive Units are used in many different industries to provide directional
vibratory conveying movement to a track, trough or any responsive surface.
They are designed for use with package machines or special process equipment
requiring a metered flow of bulk materials or parts.
Pneumatic Vibrators:
Vipro is the agent in South Africa for the full range of Swiss manufactured Findeva
Pneumatic Vibrators. Included in the range are:
Turbine vibrators,
Roller vibrators,
Ball vibrators,
Piston vibrators,
Linear vibrator and
Knockers.
WEG Squirrel Cage AC Motors:
Electric Motors & VSDs. Standard range WEG squirrel cage AC motors ranging from
0.25kW to 7.5kW in 220 volt single phase as well as 0.18kW up to 330 kW in three phase
380 or 525 volt are supplied covering frame sizes D80 to D355.
Vipro also supply WEGs Variable Speed Drives (VSD) to customers that need to accurately
control the flow rate of material on screens and feeders.
Magnetic Separator:
Metal detectors & Magnets. Magnets supplied include electro-magnets,
permanent magnets and the very powerful "rare earth magnets".
Used in various applications including as part of
Magnetic Separators on conveyer belts for the removal of trump iron.
