Maintenance
A comprehensive maintenance manual is supplied with
each piece of vibrating equipment,
including a detailed manual for the drive system. In the case of vibrator motors,
the re-lubrication intervals are 5000 hours for operation below ambient temperature of 40°C.
Backup service & Guarantees
Vipro vibrating equipment is guaranteed for a
period of 12 months from date of delivery and covers
quality of materials and workmanship.
Fair wear, abuse, overloading and lack of maintenance
are specifically excluded from the guarantee.
Vipro only use Venanzetti vibrator motors, which is
fully backed by the factory in Europe.
Spare- and replacement motors are generally available
from stock for most popular size motors.
Vipro provides a genuine 24-hour after sales service back-up,
where support is required. This is further enhanced
by a large inventory of standard stock items.
Consulting Services
With over 40 years experience in the field of vibration equipment design and manufacturing,
Vipro is well positioned to offer a comprehensive
range of consulting and analysis services.
The services offered include:
Vibration Analysis of measurements captured with correctly and up to date
calibrated digital Vibration meters to:
Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving vibration related process equipment problems.
Verify actual performance of all equipment manufactured against specification.
Assist customers in the area of condition monitoring as part of a larger preventative maintenance program.
In area of Application Specific Consulting, Vipro assists end users as well as OEM
partners in offering consulting services in the design of vibrating equipment
for specific applications.
Vipro act as vibration expert witness in accident investigations as well as in
arbitrational and other legal disputes.
Quality
Vipro has an in-house Quality Control System in place.
A Detailed quality control plan with required hold- and witness points,
is created for every project. A full-time in-house quality control
inspector is utilised to implement and monitor the quality control plan.
Quality control is implemented at the source to avoid value added to scrap components.
