Design & Manufacturing Philosophy:

Design:

Vipro staff have more than 40 years experience in the field of vibration equipment design and manufacturing. Top technology software is used to accurately size the vibrating equipment, required drive size and type of suspension elements. All vibrating equipment are designed to be dynamically balanced with lowest possible loading in supporting structures. General arrangement (GA) drawings are supplied, when an order is placed, indicating mass, suspension centres, dynamic loads, static loads and principal dimensions. All primary components are all bolted together for ease of installation, repairs and maintenance. Welding of components are limited to reduce specialised manufacturing processes. Critical components are analyzed using finite element analysis (FEA) to ensure the most accurate equipment selection. The standard Vipro paint specification offer a high degree of corrosion protection. 300WA Steel is used as a minimum specification for construction. VRN400 Steel is used as a minimum specification for lining material. Coil springs or Rosta elements are used for vibration isolation from structures, depending on environmental conditions and integrity of supporting structures.

Manufacturing:

A detailed project plan is generated in-house for each piece of manufactured equipment. Most parts are laser cut to ensure 100% repeatability if replacement is required. All critical components are heat treated to reduce stresses and improve reliability. All critical contact surfaces are machined to close tolerances to reduce induces stresses.
